As you no doubt have guessed I'm James Fintel. I am 13.5 years old. I attend Genoa Area Middle School, when the 2000-2001 school year starts I'll be in 8th grade. In my free time I enjoying working on my computer, playing games, shooting hoops (basketball), cleaning my room (yeah right), and listening to music. I am a High Honor Roll student. I WAS (I just loving saying that) in band. I quit the band because 1) with all my metal in my mouth it was hard to play the saxophone 2) I'm not "fond" of the band directors and if they're reading this "I'm lying about number 2"(chuckle) Some of my computer "abilities" include: can program in HTML, love Linux, likes to work with the "guts" of a computer, and I'm just a frickin' GEEK! Everyone at school knows me by my "geekiness" I'm one out of 2 kids in my class that have their own website. About This Site: This site first launched in the end of 1998. The site lay unchanged until September 1999. In the summer of '99 I was inspired to do a makeover of my site, and in August I had the first version which actually had 5 pages and 7 pictures but no real content. On September 20, 1999 I officially launched The Fintel Family, after that I began to monthly maintain this site (now I maintain it weekly). The site underwent its next biggest change in October 1999 when several new pages were added, and there was a slight increase in content and on October 13, 1999 I joined the ZDTV Fan Web Ring. Then in November and December the site lay unchanged. On December 20, 1999 the first draft for the new framed site was finished. When January 2000 rolled around I made the biggest update ever adding tons of new stuff, framing the site, adding pictures, updating content. The February and March were updates on top of that stuff. When April rolled around I redid some stuff adding more content and pictures to the frame and on April 25, 2000 I added the Kate & Leo section. May came and I just did more updates and formed The Smash Mouth Fan Web Ring and I added a hit counter. On June 9, 2000 I posted "Under Construction" on the site. Then for 4 days I worked from scratch to form this: the new site, completely redone, all new content, all new pictures, all new look, I use tables now, no frames, and I just added CSS (cascading style sheets). This site has underwent many changes, but it gets better each time. Including my website Support Laporte I have over 50 pages of content, and 55+ pictures all together! When we first launched in '98 3 pages and 2 pictures! Whew, I wonder what's next? COMING SOON: a timeline of all the websites, you'll get to see the homepages of The Fintel Family on these dates the links don't work it's only the homepage: December 1998-September 1999, September '99, October '99, December 20, 1999, January 2000, April 25, 2000, May 13, 2000, June 9, 2000, and of course the current site June 16, 2000! I'm going to try to add a new one on each update! And now we are James Town! I redid the look of this site again to this, the new James Town!
